What is Smart Alarm?

Smart Alarm is a function you can turn on in the Saphe Link app under the alarms that are fixed/permanent such as e.g. fixed speed cameras and average speed cameras.

When Smart Alarm is on, you will only get a single beep, if you approach the alarm and drive below the speed limit. You will get a normal alarm tone, if you drive faster then the speed limit. This is especially useful in countries where there are many fixed speed cameras, which can often be found close to each other, as the app thereby only makes the users pay special attention, if they need to slow down. 

You can turn it on and off like this:

• Open Saphe Link
• Choose Menu
• Choose Sound & Alarms 
• Choose a permanent alarm, such as Fixed speed cameras alarm
• Activate or deactivate Smart Alarm
