Use activationkey or giftcard

If you have received an activationkey for a Club Saphe Premium subscription with your order on the webshop, you can use it either when creating a new subscription or use it on your existing subscription.

Use activationkey while creating a subscription

You can follow this guide to use your activation key, while creating a new subscription:

Create a subscription

• When you create a new subscription, you'll be asked if you received an activationkey.

Press "yes" for this step.

• Type your activationkey and press "Continue".
• Now continue trough the questions.

Note that activationskeys and promotion codes are different from each other!

• It should now show you a message: "Your subscription has been created", and you will see your active subscription and your next billing date on the screen, after you press "OK"

Use activationkey on an existing subscription

If you already have a subscription, you can use your activationkey by following this guide.

• Open the Saphe Link app
• Press on menu in the right top corner
• Select Account and press "EDIT" 

This will transfer you to our website portal.

• Go to accounts and go to the bottom to select your subscription
• Press on the gear symbol and select "Reedem activationskey".

• Type in your key and press "Continue"

You have now used the activationkey and changed the date for the next billing.
