Why do I need to create a user?
After the latest App update, we have chosen that everyone must do simple user registration, which is standard for many electronic products and our competitors.
We have done this as part of our data security optimization of our app. We want to protect our own data as best as possible, but also all our users' data, and therefore we have now chosen that user creation must now be necessary for use of our app, both for new and existing users.
When you create your user, you will be given the opportunity to choose to sign up for our newsletter and thus gain access to our parking widget. However, it is optional and you can opt out of this if you don't want it.
If you have problems register and you get an "Error 400", you can read this article: I get "Error 400" when I want to log in or register, which describes how to solve it.
If you just get "Error, contact support", it may simply be because your browser does not shut down, in which case you simply close the app completely > start the app again and log in.
