Does your Saphe only work, when you open the Saphe Link App?

Are you not getting any alarms?

Does your Saphe Drive show a GPS-pin with a line over?

Does your Saphe not show the correct speed?

These are challenges that are very frustrating when your driving on the road, but can be caused by a simple setting on your phone, called location permissions.

Location settings has to be put to "Always". It can be done liek this, if you have an Android with Android 10 or newer: 

Go to Settings on your phone

Press Apps (on some phones you have to press Programmes first and then Apps)

Choose Saphe Link by scrolling down (it's usually almost in the bottom)

Press App-permissions 

Choose Location

Choose Allow all the time

If your phone has Android 9 or older, you just have to activate the permission:

Press App-permission

Choose Location
