Cancellation of Saphe Premium subscription
If you wish to cancel your Saphe Premium subscription, it will only be possible by calling us on the number 42 90 33 11.
If you remember starting a subscription, but not being able to connect to your Saphe, you need to check if it has been started through Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
If it has been started through there you are welcome to call us, so we can help you cancel it and start a new one through us instead.
You check it by doing the following:
Open Saphe Link App > Menu > Account > "Edit" > "Subscription" > See if under "Your subscriptions" there is one active with the text "Club Saphe Premium (App)".
