When addressing a technical issue, we will most often inquire about:
- What problem you are experiencing and how you are experiencing the problem: what do you see on screen? What's on the phone, etc.?
- Which Saphe traffic alarm are you using?
- Which phone do you use?
- What have you attempted in order to solve the problem?
We ask these question to find out where the error is and what opportunities we have to correct it.
